Aries Tours’ state of the art reservations system and communication links ensures optimal transport efficiency and reliability; we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Our operations centre is manned by multi-lingual staff, and most reservations and enquiries can be handled in English, Japanese or Chinese. Reservations are accepted by telephone, fax or email, and it is our policy to confirm all reservations within one working day of it’s receipt.
All Aries Tours reservations are allocated a ‘job number’ that enables clients to refer back to their booking at any time. Please have this number handy when enquiring about your reservation.
