Aries
Tours boasts the newest vehicle fleet on the Gold Coast. We have a range of 5
star sedan & Stretch limousines; and mini, mid size and luxury coaches to 61
seat capacity.
Service areas
We service Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine
Coast, and northern New South Wales, and cover Gold Coast and Brisbane airports.
Services
We coordinate transport for conference
delegates, VIP's, speakers and business men and women on a private vehicle hire
basis.
We offer meet & greet services, airport
transfers, sightseeing, shuttle services to and from hotels and the Convention &
Exhibition Centres, transfers to and from off-site events and gala dinners, as
well as vehicle charter by the hour.
We are experienced in dealing with the diverse
needs of clients, and regularly provide services for conference, event,
meetings, incentives, as well as hotels, social and sporting clubs for their
total transport requirements.

Before & during your event
Our
specialist
staff
liaise
with conference and event organisers in the lead up to the event to ensure that
all aspects of ground arrangements are in place, and coordinated promptly and
professionally.
We allocate a dedicated staff member to be your
24 hour point of contact for the duration of your event for all transport and
tour requirements.
Customer Care
We provide meeting boards with delegate names and
corporate logo’s
for airport arrivals, and can coordinate logos on coaches for
incentive groups or corporate conferences and events.
