(QPWS)
regulates
commercial
operations
on
National
Parks
in
Queensland.
To
operate
commercially
in
any
Queensland
National
Park,
it
is
a
requirement
to
carry
a
permit.
This
permit
identifies
the
legal
carrying
capacity
for
an
operator.
Aries
Tours
holds
a
permit
for
the
Natural
Bridge
Section
of
the
Springbrook
National
park
for
35
passengers
in
winter
between
5
and
6pm.
This
time
frame
is
ideal
for
student
groups.
We
have
a
permit
for
120
passengers
nightly
between
6pm
and
10pm,
and
a
further
140
passengers
between
10pm
and
11pm.
We
also
have
cooperative
arrangements
allowing
us
access
to
a
further
105
passengers,
on
top
of
our
company
permit.
The
three
other
operators
of
the
Glow
Worm
Tourare
permitted
to
carry
40
passengers
each
between
6pm
and
10pm.
