colonies
–
recreated
in
fake
caves,
Aries
Tours
felt
it
was
important
to
measure
customer
desire
and
appreciation
of
World
Heritage
listed
areas
and
areas
that
are
protected
as
National
Parks.
Additionally
customer
acceptance
of
authentic
glow-worm
caves
versus
artificial
colonies
was
measured.
Almost
all
respondents
believe
that
visiting
the
World
Heritage
listed
rainforest
site
enhances
the
tour,
with
26%
saying
it
enhances
the
tour
to
some
degree,
and
71%
saying
that
it
enhances
the
tour
very
much.
