Where does Aries Tours travel to?

What penalties are involved if I cancel my booking?
There are no penalties involved for bookings prior to two days notice. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 20% penalty. Less than 24 hours prior will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations on the same day require a 100% penalty.
Do you supply infant car and booster seats?
Yes we do. Please discuss this at the time of booking.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, we cater for everyone and special arrangements can be made. Please contact us for details.
Do the vehicles have air-conditioning?
Yes. All of our luxurious vehicles have air-conditioning for extra comfort.
Do the vehicles have seat belts?
Yes. Safety is one of our biggest priorities.
How do I locate lost property?
Please call the office if you have misplaced property whilst travelling with us. Please note Aries Tours does not take any responsibility for lost property and it is up to the individual to ensure all items are removed upon departure.
Can I hire a vehicle and supply my own driver?
No. Aries Tours only hire out chartered vehicles.
Do I need to be at my pick up location at a certain time?
We recommend being at your pick up location at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. This gives adequate time for sorting out luggage and seating passengers.
