At Aries Tours, we take great pride to ensure that your travel is undertaken in the utmost of comfort and safety. All vehicles are the latest model design, are fitted with seatbelts, and for comfort, we have fitted fold away arm rests and foot rests, along with sheepskin seatbelt comfort straps and headrest covers to the larger vehicles.
Our experienced guiding staff, driver guides and coach captains, will ensure that tours proceed smoothly, and are available to assist with airport arrivals and departures, hotel check-ins and check-outs, currency exchange, tour bookings and all aspects of your itinerary.
Translators and interpreters are also available for leisure itineraries, or for that important business meeting.
All driving staff hold vehicle licences and accreditation as required by the Queensland Department of Transport and all coach drivers and driver guides are holders of current Senior First Aid certificates.
Aries Tours carries out a strict maintenance program at every 5000km and has 24 hour repair assistance on hand. All vehicles are monitored through Log Book systems.
All coach drivers have completed an Intensive Driver Training Course, undertaken with Queensland Department of Transport at their Mt Cotton driver training facility.
All drivers are fitted out with a uniform and name badge that they are required to wear for each job.
Aries Tours does not use retread tyres on its coaches and has a contract with Bridgestone Tyres to monitor vehicle tyres for sufficient tyre tread and correct tyre pressure.
All vehicles are fitted with two-way radio communication equipment, in contact with the Base Station located at Aries Tours head office.
All large model coaches are equipped with TV / VHS audio visual equipment, and all vehicles are fitted with microphones and speaker systems for the use of tour guides. Translators and interpreters are also available.
At Aries Tours we make every effort to accommodate those passengers that are less mobile, or have special needs. Luggage trailers, baby seats and booster seats can also be provided with prior notice.
